The Warriors of Oduduwa is my pride and joy and the crown of all my literary works. Presently, there are two published novels across various Android app platforms. Introduction
The Warriors of Oduduwa is an African historical fantasy inspired by Yoruba culture, mythology, ancient kingdoms, and legendary warrior traditions. The story explores a powerful era before colonial influence, when empires rose through strength, wisdom, and spiritual guidance.
The world was filled with warrior clans, sacred cities, royal bloodlines, spiritual guardians, and ancient traditions passed down through generations.
At the centre of the story lies a growing struggle between rival kingdoms seeking dominance over the land. Several powerful kingdoms compete for influence, trade, military strength, and spiritual authority. Each kingdom possesses unique traditions, weapons, and military systems.
Great cities are protected by elite warriors trained from childhood to defend their people against invaders, rebellions, and supernatural threats. Some kingdoms value wisdom and diplomacy. Others rely entirely on conquest.
Spiritual Beliefs
The world of Oduduwa is deeply connected to spiritual traditions and ancestral reverence. Priests, seers, and spiritual leaders play important roles within society. Ancient shrines and sacred forests are believed to contain powerful spiritual energy connected to the ancestors. Warriors often seek blessings before battle, believing their fate is tied to forces greater than themselves.

Major Characters
OluαΉ£eyi
The main character of the story, he is a child born from an accursed situation. Rejected by his village because he is viewed strictly as a sacrificial food element for native deities—traditionally referenced under the local Yoruba phrasing of "ijebu". Because he possesses no recognized tribe and has no cultural lineage to represent him, he cannot establish a foundational covenant, rendering him the weakest active αΊΈαΉ£α» in the entire village community. What defines his heroic identity is his absolute refusal to submit; he has sworn a blood vow that he will break his limitations and force the entire regional structure to acknowledge his name when he ascends to become the supreme Balogun.

Popularly known throughout the region as Akin the hunchback, he acts as the vital supporting anchor to Oluseyi. Both characters endure constant systemic mockery and bitter exclusion from the village structure. While Seyi's isolation stems from his accursed cosmic status, Akin is universally cast out because of his physical deformities and striking facial features. The local villagers refuse to humanize him, viewing him more as an unnatural beast than a living man. Driven by this shared societal rejection, he instinctively aligned with Seyi, building an unbreakable, fierce bond of brotherhood between them.
